4. Services Offered by TimeTrust

TimeTrust offers proprietary retirement solutions involving survivorship pooling that recover inefficiencies from traditional retirement products, significantly increasing retirement payouts for participants.

4.1 Survivorship Pooling

TimeTrust’s patented pooling approach combines subscriber contributions into collective investment pools, converting survivorship benefits into significantly enhanced retirement payouts.

4.2 Risk Disclosure

While TimeTrust significantly mitigates market, longevity, and investment risks through pooled strategies, it does not completely eliminate all financial or investment risks. Participation involves inherent financial risks, and outcomes depend on market conditions, demographics, and the longevity of pool members.

5. Contributions and Withdrawals

5.1 Contributions

Subscribers agree to contribute funds as agreed upon during account creation. Contributions will be invested according to TimeTrust’s investment strategies designed to maximize returns through survivorship pooling.

5.2 Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawals or payouts are governed by agreed-upon terms at enrollment. Early withdrawals may be restricted, penalized, or have implications on survivorship pool returns. Detailed terms will be clearly stated upon enrollment.

TimeTrust charges clearly defined management fees or operational expenses associated with account maintenance, investment management, pooling, and payouts. All fees will be transparently disclosed upon account enrollment and periodically thereafter.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeTrust, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from:

• Any misrepresentation or breach of your obligations herein.

TimeTrust may terminate or suspend access to services without notice if users violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Subscribers may also voluntarily terminate their accounts, subject to applicable terms regarding contributions, withdrawals, and survivorship pool agreements.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TimeTrust operates its principal business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted confidentially by an agreed arbitration service provider. Arbitration decisions are final and binding, subject to enforcement in courts of applicable jurisdiction.
